We aim to serve the highest quality and food is freshly prepared and cooked to order.  If however you are not happy with your meal, then at our discretion we may raise a credit or refund you.  Please contact us direct should you have any complaints and give us the opportunity to try and rectify any errors or dissatisfaction.  All claims must be made on the day of purchase, stating the reason for your request.  Please provide the date, order reference number, details of the order, and a contact number / email for us to get back to you on.  Claims can be made either by phone on 01626 351626 or via email at [email protected].  Please note that we cannot accept requests that are not made the same day.

Please check your order details at the time of ordering as we are unable to make changes once the order has been placed.  In exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, a credit may be raised if your order needs to be cancelled as long as preparation has not been started.
